This machine has me stumped. I took it apart and cleaned up the group, piston, and gaskets. There is very little information on these machines.

This is my second Enrico of Italy Lever machine. I bought my first one which is a 110V model several months ago.
I didn't realise it at the time but this new 22O machine is a fully manual machine like the Pavoni!
The machine arrived in very good shape. I filled er up and everything powered up easily enough. There seems to be something finicky going on with the thermostat on this machine though. (a common problem I hear) It has two different power buttons. One is to bring the machine up to brewing temp/pressure (one bar) and the other is to build up pressure for steam.

When I first started the machine up the pressure built up to about 1 bar and stopped but when I bled off the pressure on the steam wand it went below .5 bar and didn't climb again. I engaged the steam button and the pressure started building again but it didnt get above 1 bar. Hmmm.

I turned everything off, bled the pressure off and let it cool down and tried again. This time it worked correctly initially. 1bar for brew 2+ bars for steam. After running a few shots of water through the grouphead the pressure started dropping again and didn't recover. The same things seems to happen every time now. Pressure builds nicely at first then drops of and doesnt recover.

I'm wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to adjust the thermostats on these machines or even where the thermostat is located? I have some leads for people to contact for information from my last enrico project but it's tough to get in contact with them or actually find info on these machines.

Oh yeah, I'm also looking for a portafilter basket for this machine. I can measure the one a work tomorrow. It's larger than a standard 58mm portafilter basket.

Any help is appreciated!
