I can see that dist'n is key, and hear talk of a few different techniques (aussie rules, schomer, stockfleths or some combo thereof). I haven't come across a detailed description of how to perform these tricks of wizardry though - can someone point out some links? Danka.

I humbly suggest that Perfecting the Naked Extraction and its referenced articles are a good start.

well if I'd only waited another 30 seconds I wouldn't have needed to post... heh. I found David Schomer's Packing Techniques 2004 a minute ago. There ya go, fellow newbies. Any others?
