Odd statement... Every time she shows up here she has me make her an iced mocha (with whipped cream, of course) from the shots that I keep frozen. And, she likes (obviously) Starbucks. This would explain their ubiquity and the difficulty in getting a good shot of espresso.

The right way - no, the only way to heat my inox cups (double walled SS) is using hot water.

I agree -- GREAT cups, hold temperature well . . . but I still like my Bodum cups for show.
