Excellent article! Many of the tips apply to the Anita as well. In the article, you show a PF with a pressure gauge. Did you make this? If not, where did you get it? I am wondering as I think that the pressure gauge could also be replaced with a thermometer to show the brew temp in the PF.

The pressure portafilter shown in the article is from Chris' Coffee (link). Barry Jarrett was walking around with a prototype TC-mounted portafilter at the SCAA conference in Seattle. As I understand from Terry Z, he plans to bring a similar unit to market soon.
