Bricoletta drip tray stand rattle fix

My Bric' (rotary) has had any annoying vibration rattle during pulls caused by the drip tray stand. Been meaning to do something about it for months and finally did. Picked up 2' of 1/4" OD vinyl tubing from Lowe's for a whopping $0.12 per foot. Cut lengths slightly longer the stand width, slit the tubing length wise, slipped it on the bottom both sides and trimmed leaving about 1/8" extra tubing length all ends. Twenty-four cent fix works great!

Now why it took me 7 months...

I hadn't heard reports of rattles, but good to know. Would you post a picture? (OK, it's a thinly veiled ploy to show off the site's new image upload ).

It may likely only be a problem with the large capacity non-drained tray I'm using. I just checked (the not installed) drained tray and stand, the stand fits snug. The stand fit loosely in the non-drained tray. I'll play with your new pic capabilities later!

Of course it just dawned on me probably could have saved the twenty-four cents and simply spread the stand alittle wider at the bottom to fit snugly in the tray!!!! Duh....
