A friend just got back from Seattle with a little of this, and I don't have enough to really experiment.

Anyone know this coffee well enough to give me some parameters?

If memory serves, I was finding it best as follows:
- 199/200F
- LM ridged double basket
- slightly updosed
- 26 seconds
- 1.8oz

Look for rustic chocolate and dried cherry notes.
