Hi,
I'm a novice to HX machines and just got my new Isomac Mondiale with rotary pump a few days ago. I just noticed the brew pressure varies between 6 - 9.5 bar while the machine is on and sitting idle over the span of 10-15 minutes. I don't recall this from the first few days, is this typical or does something need adjusting?
Thanks,
Paul

That is normal. When the water in the pipes around the boiler heat and cool with the boiler cycles, the ambient pressure increases and decreases.
