Hey all,

I was talking to someone who has this Jar grinder - and it appears to be Danesi Brand...they said that they bought it in Rome. I can't find any literature on these... Anyone have any input? Here's a pic

They offered it to me, and if it's good for espresso, I'll get it. But I think I have to let them know today - so quick responses are definitely appreciated!

Thanks,

Matt!

Hmm-m, looks like a ubiquitous hand grinder mounted atop a canister. Have you perused the Hand grinder jive photos? From what I've read about hand grinders, it's not easy to predict which will work well with espresso, even within reliable brands. Assuming it's a small outlay, why not give it a try and flip it on eBay if it doesn't perform?
