Where can I get a bottomless portafilter for my Elektra T1?

Any ideas?
Thanks,

Technically, most E61 portafilters should fit acceptably. I will say that LM portafilters will be a tight fit without modification, because the #$%# lugs are too wide, and a lot of the E61 portafilter lugs are short enough that I find they lock in a little far. YMMV as always; this was my experience with the T1 and my LM and Vetrano portafilters. Sad, too, I miss being able to split shots from my Synesso triple basket.

If you want a perfect fit, buy an Elektra portafilter and take it to a machinist to get them to cut it. Cosmetics aside (in particular, style matching to the fake-wood-bakelite on the Elektra), there are a lot of other options.

Both the bottomless Rancilio and the odd Teflon coated Rancilio fits in my T1. As do a couple of older no-name ones.

The bottomless Rancilio from the review:

This is the "Verna original" available only at Chris' Coffee.

For $25, Espresso Parts NW will modify your existing portafilter to "bottomless." That's what I did -- that way, my bottomless pf has the same bakelite handle as the rest of my machine . . .
