What's necessary to make a thermocoupled portafilter? - Page 2

Espressoparts has been talking about that for a few years (Could I borrow or rent your thermofilter? and more recently Anyone renting a Scace thermofilter?). If you have the funds and they're available, why not, but it's not a necessity. I managed to research and write How I Stopped Worrying and Learned to Love HXs with a Styrofoam cup, digital stick thermometer, and a cheap thermocouple/thermometer setup for over-the-lip measurements. See Seeking low tech way to measure brew temperature for other budget-friendly albeit somewhat dated suggestions.

You misspelled 'solve all of your t-couple issues'.

Thanks, this will be very handy.
