This is a concern. How long has this dragged on now?
Seems like they would want to clear up the issue and get you your machine!!

Have you tried calling in to speak with the man himself directly?
I would bet that he would want to make things right for you...especially since you've had such issues.

If you haven't already, I suggest calling in and ask to speak with Salvatore the owner.
If you have already done so then I just don't know what to add....

Sorry to hear you're still having trouble,
Jon

Thanks JonR10.
Y'all know how excited I was to be driving back to California to pick it up. I've never purchased a new out - of -the box espresso machine before and so this was pretty exciting.
I've come to hate the name from being so mistreated and will be writing a review down the road. But in the meantime, I'll try and get past the person who is clearly impeding traffic.

Hey DoubleO. If you still have a sour taste in your mouth when you get it, just flip it. You've got a war chest of machines that will keep you happy for years. Let me know when you get the Epoque and the T1 fired up.

I would love to see a line up of all these machines ( hers) I keep reading about. I think it's awesome!

I do not usually engage in this type of forum but feel it is necessary. This customer ordered a machine custom made with a schedule to come pick it up July 29 while visiting California. A week before that she sent an email saying that she would be going back to Canada early and would make the final payment in a week (she was on a loose payment plan) and then we would arrange shipping. We did this, the machine was retested, drained and packaged to make the trip and shipped to an address in San Pablo CA and I sent the tracking # UPS
I do not know why the customer is upset she has not addressed this with us,
Thank you

I know the feeling. I'm half-tempted to offer services on the Belle Epoque because I know of a two group that has languished from neglect, and is now being kept in the store window to attract attention while a La San Marco (or something) does all the dirty work. Eventually, they'll come to realize that the space and the few measly bucks I'll offer them are more valuable than the novelty of the pretty captive slowly dying for the entertainment of neophytes. It's on a college campus, and the coffee is horrendous.
OO, if you decide to open yours up and you think it'll take another set of hands, you could always try and convince me that it'd be worth the trip. I'm halfway convinced already...
