Vintage Faema - anyone recognize it?

Postby misterdoggy on Thu Mar 19, 2009 1:55 pm

I went to Milano this morning (to pick up my domobar) and just outside in a little town where I had lunch was this gorgeous machine. Looks like 60's or 70's I don't really know, but thought some of you would appreciate the shots taken with my iphone. It was in mint condition and the Caffe Latte was superb !!

Anyone know this machine ?

I don't think it's a Legend.
I think it's a later model E61 (note the side mounted drain hose).

it is an original E61 two group, and one of the very early production, the nameplate Faema is a non original replacement.
Legend is the latest model, reproduction of this original machine (a Legend will shine much more, being so much more recent)
