New! Vibiemme Domobar Super Models

Vibiemme double boiler PID espresso machines are almost here! After almost 18 months in development at Vibiemme in Milan Italy, the first batch will be available as the "Manuale" lever version with stainless steel body panels, a water reservoir, and vibration pump.

The first U.S. shipment of twenty machines will be delivered in the end of March, 2008. We are accepting pre-orders for a special introductory price of $1895.00.

Due to many customer requests, Vibiemme has also developed a rotary pump, plumbed-in, HX version of the Domobar Super. This model will offer the same reliability as its tank counterparts. Twenty "Manuale" units in Stainless Steel with arrive in the same March shipment. The special introductory price for pre-ordered machines is $1995.00.

Please contact us at 541 935 1212 or email us at espressocare@msn.com for details. More information on both of these exciting developments will be posted as we receive it.
Sincerely

It's good to see that there is another choice in the very limited DB "prosumer" market. Not to jump the gun, but do you know if the rotary version will eventually be available in black?

So the PID dual boiler will use a vibe pump, and not a rotary pump like the HX one?

I t will be the importer decision ( Jim at 1st-line)
but I believe that the black might became a discontinued item in any of the models.

This PID dual boiler with rotary vane pump and direct water connection was slated for this year. Insider news at Vibiemme says that this production may occur in March with possible delivery in late April/May. Just to state, this is BEST case scenario.... so, as much as people want to know news of upcoming events, I do sincerely ask that a) everyone understands this best case scenario, and b) Vibiemme, 1st-line, and I do not get blasted with comments regarding 'vaporware' comments, etc if there are delays.

Currently, pricing has not been determined for this model as the factory has not yet determined costs for us.

Cool Jim. Keep us up to date. This future machine is on my short list to maybe replace my Isomac Tea.
I'll start saving my pennies:)

This is exciting! Double boiler, PID, 58 mm portafilter, Vibiemme Quality. I can't wait for HB to do a review on this baby.

Yes ... please keep us posted as soon as news happens on this one.

Just for clarification ... will it have a vibe or rotary pump in pourover model?

Thanks
Nothing like a nice shot!
