Hi Frank,
You were 100% correct!
I took it apart again, and one of the small o-rings had broken. I had another from the old valve - replaced it and works like a dream!!!

Got what I hope is my final question...
I found some info on programming the machine.
I hold in the STAR botton till the light stays solid, then press another button. When the quantity I want is reached. I press it again.

Unfortunatly, it seems that action wipes out the memory for the button - which now does not work at all (except when first pressing and holding the STAR). Any suggestions?Image
