I have an Astoria SAE/2N that I uninstalled from a coffee shop last January and I'm about to re-install it in a different location.
Does anyone have any tips on what I should or shouldn't do?
The machine was in good working order when it left the shop and has been stored carefully.
My problem is the machine did not come with a manual (anyone know where I can download one?)

If you are installing new water filters, make sure to flush them before hooking up the machine.
The astoria has 2 switch modes, pump only and full on (heater). it should also have a manual fill.
After connecting the water and power, (not on yet) fill the boiler at least part of the way, then click switch to first position, ensure the auto-fill works and fills to correct level
then when boiler is fully filled, turn switch to 2 to allow heater to warm up.
note that in position 1 you can test all of the buttons/keypads to ensure they all work... also inspect the area for leaks!
