by mariowar on Wed Jun 02, 2010 7:06 pm The shots were around 175F, blonde and sour no matter what. I even tried diaing the grinder almost to the point of shocking the machine and guess what, they were still blonde.....
I called 1stinline and they offered me to send me a different thermostat and installation instructions...
I ended up returning it.
Then I went for the Brewtus III
