Signs of a failing vibratory pump

Speaking of pumps...does this sound like a dead one? (no pun intended)

Constantly running (like it's trying to fill the boiler.)
No pressure during brew.
Only a trickle with an empty pf.
And a distinctly different sound.

Sounds more like a constriction of the inlet than a failing pump.

Dan, I'll pop it open and see if there is anything obvious in the inlet.
