Second-hand Expobar office control with no steam

Hello,

I purchased a second-hand Expobar office control which produces no steam. The seller is allowing me to get it appraised for repairs, but I don't know of a local location to take the machine to. I live in Ann Arbor, MI. Does anyone here have any ideas where I could go?

And what happens when you turn the machine on and let it warm up for, say, 45-60 minutes?
Will it dispense steaming water from the group?
