I have a Saeco Vienna that I use at the office. The "brew group" seems stuck. When the machine is turned on, it makes a noise for 2 or 3 seconds and then stops. The brew group cannot be removed and I cannot reset it so that it is in the appopriate part of the cycle to remove it. The indicator on the brew group does not align the arrows and is not in a position to be removed and i cannot get it into that position.
Any ideas? Any help with this would be appreciated.
