While these folks aren't so great, you could get a rotary pump in the neighborhood of $80 shipped (link). I have no relation to them other than I may want to get one just in case...

any one know the part number or specs for a procon pump for a cimbali junior?

It would seem from some of the information in this thread, and my own personal poking around, that a pump with 50-60 gph (~200 lph) and a balanced bypass is what is common to most rotary specs. So a Procon, 112A060F11CB130 perhaps, or the 111A060F11CB130 (if you want the integral strainer). These numbers are explained on the Procon site (link). FWIW, the picture of a replacement rotary on Chris' site shows a 112A060F11CB130.
