Rocket Cellini leaking

Hi all,
New guy in the class... just upgraded my little Saeco for a Rocket Cellini, and I'm finding that I'm getting a bit of a leak from the back of the unit. It appears as though it comes from where the reservoir docks with the rest of the unit.
Has anyone else experienced this? I can only imagine that this is not normal.
Thanks in advance

If the reservoir has a plumbed fitting (it plugs into the machine) check it and the "water dock" in the machine for foreign matter like a stray bit of packing foam or such. Otherwise, contact your seller immediately. Water leaking from a machine that connects to electricity is, indeed, something that should be dealt with immediately.

I had a similar problem. The plastic breather tube had several pinholes near the bottom where it affixes to the water dock. I cut off the defective part of the tube and reattached it to the water dock. Problem solved.
