I have had my self some wooden knobs and handles made from my Bezzera. But I am not able to remove the knobs for the steam and water handles. I thought these was just to turn around but no..

Anybody that can point me in the right direction for removing this parts, so that I can put my wooden knobs on.

BTW, can you get your steam tip off to clean it? I got used to being able to take them off to clean them and the wand, but I can't get a grip on the Mitica's to remove it.
