Hello B-rod...
I think it was my technique now that I read a bit more carefully...I'm going to try Vitamin D (that's what it's called around here anyway...8 grams of fat per cup) and 2% to see what kind of results I get...
Also, out of curiosity...is it okay to leave the machine on most of the day...I had it on for about 7 hours now and I just turned it off...I clean it after every shot made...
Thanks,
Mark

I always left mine on all day on weekends. Never had a problem.
Don't forget to refill the boiler if you steam.

Hey Rich,
What do you mean by 'don't forget to refill the boiler after you steam'?
Are you referring to running the hot water through the wand, or run the grouphead a bit to refill the boiler? Or is there another procedure. How do you know when the boiler is 'full'?
Thanks,
Mark
