Just for fun, I measured brew pressure on Anita while pulling a real shot. Pressure was measured at the grouphead, i.e. downstream of the gicleur, during the course of a normal double shot. I used a pretty accurate gage from Wika, an old stopwatch, and an even older Flip Video camera. Pressure and time values were scrupppppiously transcribed into a MS Excel file - as always, available for the asking.

Hi Eric,
Can you tell me how to adjust the pressure on a QuickMill machine? Mine seems to have crept up to over 12 bars!!
Any help folks can offer on adjusting QuickMill makers would be most appreciated. Mine is an "Alexia".
Thanks,
George

From the graph, I detect some channeling around 21.3s, but it appears self-healed by 21.8s, as I'm sure you detected in the cuperics wrote:Just for fun,
