Folks, The steaming my Andreja seems not as dry as before and is a bit not too steady.
Any idea?

Sounds like a symptom that the water level in the boiler is too high. How old is the machine? If it's new to you, you could try looking at the water probe. If it's sticking too far up, you can try pushing it in a little and see if that solves the problem.

If it's old, probably a descaling is in order because scale might cover and affect the water probe function. So the water in the boiler fills higher. Then the steam would be relatively wet and sputter every once a while.

Eric Svendson has posted this diagram elsewhere:

From What is the purpose of a vacuum breaker valve

You could remove a fitting and measure with a wooden dowel rod. That said, if it's been 4 to 5 years, the water level may have been slowly creeping up over time as scale formed on the water probe. Chris' Coffee FAQ #27 How to properly replace a liquid level sensor probe explains how to remove/replace one.
