I wonder if anyone can give me some advice regarding my Rocket Giotto Evoluzione, please. I started a descale this morning but I am stuck because the pump seems to be pumping without getting the water into the boiler. It just keeps pumping! It DID get some water into the boiler at first because I could then draw it off to allow it to refill, but now it won't refill.
I am using the method described by the instructions in the manual that came with it, similar to how it is shown on Seattle Coffee Gear's video.
I have done it before and it worked correctly!
My machine is 15 months old.

I'm back to say I managed to get it descaled!

I left it switched off to cool down, filled the tank with cold water, stitched on and it refilled the boiler. All I can think is it either got confused somehow because of the citric acid cleaner or even the warm water I'd out in the tank with the citric acid.

Anyway, now I have discovered this wonderful forum I can relax with my perfect flat white and enjoy a good browse round!
