Did I just have some sort of inter-cranial vascular failure or is the Brewista kettle on the LEFT and not the right...?

Everything is the opposite in Australia, you know like how the toilets flush the other way of course....
I drink two shots before I drink two shots, then I drink two more....

Getting a little crowded in my kitchen. The 220V extension cord dropping down from my kitchen ceiling was a hard one to run past the wife. She's going to just love the 100mm exhaust pipe that needs to be routed out the window. Ha.

I scored this gem on Craigslist for a steal of $175! She was inoperable at first; missing the PID and applicable wiring and SSR.

Before I found her, she was a Colombian coffee lord and espresso-terrorist. Her cartel supplied an estimated 80% of the caffeine smuggled into the United States at the height of her career, turning over US $21.9 billion a year in personal income. She was often called "The King of Caffeine" and was the wealthiest espresso machine in history, with an estimated known net worth of US $30 billion by the early 1990s.

Now, she's ditched the fast life for a bit of a slower one, churning out about 1~2 shots a day for this lucky guy. And her name?

New bi-monthly setup.

1964 LPE & 1969 Faema Faemina (Ceado E37 on right out of picture)
Between order and chaos there is espresso.
Semper discens.

I was really wondering where you were going. I bit hook, line and sinker. Golf clap for the buildup.
