Somebody likes Lavazza Rossa

Alberto, that's a party machine and setup to keep a crowd happy.
Between order and chaos there is espresso.
Semper discens.

Thanks, I figured I would catch some flak about the Lavazza Rosa  I rec'd a case as a gift from a family member, and serves as a prop for the most part. Lavazza anyone?

Feed the Lavazza to those family and friends who drown their coffee in sugar or milk\cream.
It will most likely be a step up from what they typically drink.
Ontario the Province or California ?

Also, what's the machine? It's not in your profile or listed in your post. It's certainly not a Saeco Aroma!

Not my home setup, but my office setup. More of a sidegrade than an upgrade from Reneka Techno and Mazzer KonyE, but better suited to my current espresso interests and usage patterns.

Londinium R 220V and Kafatek Monolith Conical V2 with TiN coated burrs.

The plumb in kit has not yet arrived for the Londinium, but it works beautifully as a pourover in the meantime. Loving the lever!

I thought I put it in my profile... perhaps I did something wrong. It is a Saeco Aroma SE200 Compact.

Who would have guessed, Saeco makes real espresso machines.
