I'm still amazed how much bigger things look in my kitchen. The K10 is huge.
Nice Alan!! I've seen your collection grow quite a bit over just a few months. Will this be your "market" set up?? What happened with your other 2 group you were working on (or was it a 3 group?)

Thanks William! The journey has been fun. No excuses left. If I make a bad espresso now, I have nothing to blame but myself.

I have to figure out the logistics, but I'd love to bring this set up along with me to market. I need to acclimate to it for a little bit first. I have my pour over moves down pat, but I'm far from an espresso barista. I might even take a course or two. RoyalNY by me has a new SCAA school set up.

I pulled my Leigh dovetail jig out of mothballs and will try and find the time to build some nice finger joint boxes and fixtures and maybe even a proper rolling espresso bar.

I still have the 3gr Rancilio Classe 6. It's in pieces and going through a slow restoration process.

Throw the stock hopper on that bad boy, then it's big.

I really like the table you're using as your coffee cart. Mind me asking where you found it?

Hah, I should've guessed :). I like what you did with the crates on the shelf.

I am looking for a new (and taller) work bench but this is my new spot for now.
