My local store, IDC, had another open box sale today. I wasn't planning on it but I couldn't resist the store demo Rocket Giotto Evoluzione V2.

I run my new older house (church) with a 2 wire setup on our Nest :: it has built in fan control so only needs 1 wire for power and 1 wire for heat. Just sayin'.

On a separate note - a good friend was lead engineer on EcoBee. He now works for Tesla. Go figure. :)

The "new" grinder arrived. Hopefully I'm all set for a little while!



I'm still amazed how much bigger things look in my kitchen. The K10 is huge.
