If I were doing this all over again (knew then what I know now, etc) this is probably the exact setup I'd have. I found less quality improvement moving up the espresso machine ladder than I did with the grinders. ( Either BDB or a cremina maybe )

Moved to a new cubicle and decided that I need espresso at work!
1995 Mokita - no 3-way solenoid, no over-pressure valve, just a vibe pump connected to a 57mm saturated group :D.

Yep, get the best grinder and then the rest is playing around with what your tastebuds and wallet can afford. If you pair that grinder with a Lever you will be shocked! imho...

Hehe :) I am waiting for new chamber i am really hoping it will solve the problem, i tend to like the looks of k30 much more than e37 :)

Finally added some new gear to my setup. Just got a Mazzer SJ to replace the Baratza Vario. I think I will setup the SJ to single dose.

Its a timer for the Mazzer Major. I just leave the Mazzer's switch to "on" and use the timer to control how long it grinds. Its a simple photo dark room timer that the Major plugs into instead of plugging the Major into the wall outlet.
