Oh, but we DO have a twelve step program. It's called espresso prep...

preheat machine
clean/dry basket
weigh out coffee
rdt (optional)
grind coffee into receptacle
distribute/shake/transfer to basket/portafilter
stockfleth's/wdt/distribute/ocd
tamp
insert portafilter
pull shot
weigh output
enjoy!

, I meant 12 steps to detox program not an incentive program that is non-federally funded....

A good observation on the 12 necessary steps. I try to cut that number down as much as possible. On the other hand it is a meditative operation while I am slowing awakening at 0330hrs.

In that case, perhaps we should emphasize that the receptacle in step 5......
