I know I just posted on the last page BUT I FINALLY got the machine up and running this weekend. We had to rewire the whole kitchen... which wasn't fun. But at last she is alive and pulling shots!!
Here she sits on a temporary table top until I find the perfect moveable table with cabinets where the water buckets and flowjet can be hidden (thank god my wife loves coffee and is completely okay with my obsession).
We just received Pharos #376 and I so underestimated this grinder. It's a real joy to use and offers some of the best grind quality I've ever seen, more so since it only cost me $160!! It's my first conical grinder and I sincerely look forward to using it for all my home espresso and coffee needs. I do believe I'll never have to buy a different grinder for our home. It's a beautiful piece of machinery.

Update: I'm gettig great espressos with the Guatemala now, the burrs have broken in more so I could tighten the calibration one more notch.
So now I just made two espressos for lunch (latte for the wife). Made a kalita brew this morning, so I moved grind setting from 5,5 to 1 (finest) run the motor a little and knocked the bag holder a few times to clear out old grinds. Dumped 23g beans, grinded those and distributed 22g of really fluffy grounds into my 22g VST basket and made 42-44g espressoS at 30 seconds at the lowest pressure I can get (gauge reads 8.2-ish?). It's room for that dose (checked with coin) and compared 20/21/22g doses at different rarios yesterday and found 21/22 best and it slowed down the flow a little. Taste is clean, mouthfeel good, I can taste the bean's flavors more clearly that with the Super Jolly, I'm def. gonna sell the Mazzer. Single dosing straight out of the bag is great!

Wow that faema is such a beautiful machine. It looks elegant and one of a kind. What grinder do I see there? The green one? Also a very beautiful machine. As the saying goes "they don't make them like they used to." I've been converted over to vintage machines since getting my lever. The simplicity and elegant designs draw me in every time! Bet you can make the best spro with your set up! Let us know how the company gets along with the vintage e-61.
