Welcome Khadir. Your speed will improve but it will still be time consuming pumping out many drinks on a predominantly manual machine.
Keep in mind, like most here pumping out large volume of drinks is not the norm.
Enjoy your setup and coffee drinks.
Between order and chaos there is espresso.
Semper discens.

Longtime reader - first post. Started with a Gaggia Classic and Baratza Vario. Now I'm using an ECM Classika PID and Monolith Flat. Enjoying the setup, but oddly I'm most excited about being allowed my own drawer for espresso gear - longtime married folks may understand :D

Can't hook it up yet. This kitchen isn't set up for the kinda power she needs. Having an electrician come over this weekend to set up a dedicated outlet for us (she runs off 110 but keeps tripping these old outlets). So beyond stoked to be able to play at home! Feel more at home posting here now

My spouse wasn't thrilled with the move from a Europiccola to a larger machine on the kitchen counter, but she has warmed up to the Londinium. She even agreed to having the motorized Pharos mounted on the wall.

Wow! That's a beautiful machine, and a seriously drool inducing grinder, but you got A whole DRAWER?! You're a lucky SOB. I mean that sincerely.

That is the most elegant motorized Pharos I have ever seen! Kudos to your engineering and constructions techniques :D

Thought I would add to the fun here. I have had the 920 for close to 2 years, and of course the Sette is new, replacing a doserless SJ I sold.

It's a Celtic dragon. The piece is actually a concho that I got to make a wax sealing stamp for correspondence.
