And a nice problem it is!
BTW "idrinkjetfuel" is a good handle; I have always referred to the espresso drinks as jet fuel, ever since 1972 when I first started using the Italian everymans espresso machine, the Moka Pot.

Funny! Many years ago, one of brother's friends said he had to stop by a 7-11 and get some "jet fuel". I didn't know what the heck he was talking about as i did not drink coffee at the time. From that day on, it kind of stuck as a term for coffee. Been addicted ever since...

Totally agree - thanks for posting! I also have Lucca M58 and (similar to your Vario) Forte.
Yes, I agree with your wife (NOT), you do have a problem (looking at your extended coffee bar picture)!!

Thanks for the posts. Just had some lattes with the wife. She doesn't complain about my mild obsession. She knows there are worse (and more expensive) hobbies I can become get involved with.

Whereabout in NY? We have a few good roasters in the area. I purchase most of my beans from Giorgio's located in Melville. He has several good espresso blends. Love their Ethiopia Ardi Sidamo for pourovers.tegee wrote:I have to fire my accountant and hire yours.....totally jealous. Very nice assortment of equipment.
