Nice peak Congratulations. What's the other grinder?
Do you store a few days worth of beans in the hopper?

This is a ridiculous set up! Congrats!

Why haven't you chimed in with your thoughts on the peak? As far as I know not a single person on this site has used one and we are all very curious about its performance! Would love to get your thoughts on it if you have time. I'm thinking I will buy one for the shop.

I've been patiently wait for some good feedback on this grinder. I'm looking for a flat burr to offset my HG-1.

Beautiful setup.

Just got it yesterday afternoon. This morning was interesting but I had a lot going on around me since my girlfriend was preparing to leave on a trip. I'll be alone tomorrow and I'll have time to concentrate better on what most of you might want to know. I'm kind of a purist since I just usually drink caps and straight espresso, so I don't put sugar, chocolate or "math" in my coffee  so it won't be a numbers report, I'll leave that to the scientist and engineers in the group. I'll be probably start a new thread on the grinder section tomorrow . For now just know that I think lots of people are going to like this thing. I'll try to write a semi educated report tomorrow in the afternoon.

Does anyone else notice that that tamper is hovering over that mat, or have I just had too much caffeine?
Tomorrow came sooner than expected.
