Or just flush... :) I am just jealous because that setup is way beyond my modification knowledge.

I think the rockets are stored in the driptray.

That is not a 3 way solenoid cover under the group head, it is a silo. The red knob opens the blast doors, the brew button launched the ICBM (inter coffee ballistic missile) and nukes Folgers.

The machine doesn't make a shot of espresso, it makes an armageddon!

Stepping out of the shadows to post my current setup.
I'm working abroad right now and brought my minimalist Bezzera Hobby instead of my BZ07 for various reasons (No1 being that I was scared of rough handling during the shipping process  ).
With good timing (boiler cycle) I'm pulling decent, consistent shots.

Recently upgraded from a Lelit PL041. The Lelit was a good investment and let me realize that milk wouldn't be in my repertoire and saved me the extra $1000 I would have spend on a Duetto.

Here's the latest addition, the Bunn FPG-2 that was barely used! It arrived last night.

My setup, along with the first shot of a blend roasted yesterday morning, pulled this afternoon. (roaster recommends not going over 6 days with this one. Im lucky to have an amazing roaster who will share secrets like this).

I would say its nothing special, but to me, it's incredibly special.

It makes me a little sad when I read apologies like this. I started with an $80 steam toy (gift from my 13-year old daughter) and a blade grinder. My wife thought I had lost my mind when I upgraded to a Rocky and Silvia.

The setups displayed in this thread inevitably have some aspects of a bling arms race, but they should not shame anyone. Your setup is very handsome and is capable of splendid espresso. Congratulations!
