Hi Tony,
I can see the pics in the reply section, but please click on "insert inline" or whatever to get them into your post.

It is truly a wonderfuly setup, and nothing to feel vulnerable about. I will make one tiny comment.. I'm astounded that a Mini is your grinder of choice!

Yea I went into the "post reply" section to mention I couldn't see the pics either, and then, there they were! So, just edit the post, and click on the "place inline" button after doing the actual upload to the website.

But WOW! That looks GRRREAT! As a cook and coffee enthusiast, I am drooling over that kitchen, it is gorgeous!

I'm finally getting the hang of posting pics - sorry I screwed that up.

And yes, the mazzer mini is definitely the weakest link. I am thinking about getting a doserless grinder, and although it's been a while since I researched grinders, apparently lower RPM's are the best - is that still a factor? Any recommendations would be helpful.

Thanks!

My biggest suggestion if you're going doserless is to get a doserless grinder than was born in that design - not a converted unit. Lots of folks have the Mahlkoenig K30 Vario and the Elektra Nino. I've had both, and I stuck with the Nino.

Absolutely love it. Would look great in that kitchen, too.

Oh, a bit off-topic, how do you like your Squeezebox?

Thank you!! You have designed and built a wonderful Espresso Throne. The kitchen is a really special personalized work space and yours looks to be great place to work and entertain. Congratulations!!

I thought that was part of a restaurant. I'm kinda curious to see the rest of the place.

Nice pics Troll. Where did you get the rails for the cup warming tray? I just received my new Brewtus III last night and there are holes for rails like that, but no rails. Some pics have them some don't, so I am really confused!
