Cremina, that looks awesome! Plus, the death's-head black book is a nice touch.

Newer setup. I've modded the Mr. Coffee for a more consistent (I use that loosely) grind. I'll be making the Mini Pro stepless in the near future. Never mind the grout; the house is so old there is no grout left to make bright and white. :lol:Image

Hey, another Anita owner! Shes quite the performer I must say... Something that made the HX control 100% easier, was Eric S's Grouphead thermometer. Chris's Coffee sells them, and I would even go as far to say they should be a required item for an E-61, HX machine...Besides consistency, not having to bend over and watch the water dance is the best part.

And as for the GS/3.. every single time I look at one sitting on someones counter, I say to myself.. Do I really need a savings account? Enjoy that bad boy.

Thanks  ..............and @mjbelcher you are absolutely right about the pitcher but my wife tells me that i have got enough gear for the next 10 years  but last year my wife said exactly the same about the gear and a lot had happened since :D so maybe someday......
And @JmanEspresso a savings account will be helpful, or just sell your neighbours car or your mother-in-law (just kidding), we all someday will get too the stars, somehow .

All the best
