Thank you. Day 1 is now over (in Dubai) and both machines set for tomorrow's morning rush

My beginner setup; QM Silvano (European model 2015), and a new Vario I could grab for 200 euro... Chosen for forgiveness factor and should last theoretically a while for upgradetitis.

I feel like a mad scientist, trying to find or crack a code. It feels awesome as I'm getting better every day.

My girlfriend thinks I'm going mental.

I bought a Via Venezia as my first machine but soon after I was lucky enough to be gifted an Ascaso Dream and IMini.

The drip tray is so tiny that I made a homemade drip tray which leads to a 4 litre jug. I need to get a different jug so I can hide it in one of the drawers.

That little scale on the lower right looks exactly like mine. Mine came from China a few years ago.

I have the same one too. I think mine came from China via Hong Kong :)

I originally bought mine 5-6+ years ago to adjust the anti-skate (correct terminology? Been awhile) on my turntable cartridge/needle. It was very inexpensive, even coming from China.
