There is much more to the Speedster besides consistency & looks. It will effortlessly turn out amazing shots which any lever will struggle to match.Levers are less complex than anything else. That's their charm. The PID temp control on my commercial lever increases its ease of use. I guess what you get with any high end machine is consistency. But that Speedster has an amazing look to it too.

Bellissima! Even though I don't own one I love seeing the Strega; aptly named too, due to another_jim's claim that it can make coffees no other machine could pull off.
