I especially like the Villeroy & Boch cups in the view out the window...

Best wishes, Charles

Ethiopia Yirgacheffe roasted 1.5 days ago. It hasn't fully rested, but very tasty. I just pulled a very tight ristretto: 19 grams in, 19 grams out in 45 seconds:

Vlad,

Those Lambos rock, don't they?

To me, the question shouldn't be: "How much?", but rather, "How in the he$$ can I get one for myself".

Hi Jack, you are right 100%!

We spoke before and you were very generous sharing information before I purchased mine. I greatly appreciate it! These vintage levers are everything everyone says and more. I've had mine for a year and it consistently makes superb shots, warms up fast, very easy to live with and a joy to look at. What more can you ask for?

As far as getting one, they are not easy to find. Mine was restored by Pascal in France: http://www.chromesdantan.com/?lang=en

My home coffee bar setup in Singapore. Will be packing this all up and moving to Sydney later this year and wanted to capture some memories as it's unlikely I'll get this space to set up when we move.
