Hello again, Thomas.
As requested (after a bit of tidying up) a few pics:-
What the public sees:-
I deliberately chose a wall cabinet with an illuminated base for the area over the coffee stuff, and chose one that was shorter so it could be mounted higher and leave plenty of working room.

closer look:-

The gizmos in the under counter cabinet:-
(it isn't all as crooked as it looks - it's the angle of the camera

)

A closer look at the plumbing - washing machine tap with an integrated back check valve:-

Watts pressure limiter - installed about 2m upstream - can't recall exactly why I did that, but seem to recall it's recommended to have some pipe distance between it and any appliance. Set to 4 bar which is about in the middle of the range recommended by Reneka for this machine, and the watts will handle it without cavitation (my house water pressure is ~8 bar)

There isn't much room at all under the Reneka machine, so a direct drop of the drainage though the worktop is the the only practical solution.

Hope you get your kitchen completed soon. Send us some pics of what you finally did.
Provided you plan for it all in advance, it's very simple to do.
