I have a PID that is malfunctioning. Auber SYL-1512A2 PID connected to a Rancilio Silvia.


At present, the set up value for the CorF (celsius or Fahrenheit) is reading -095 (with all digits FLASHING). All attempts to set the value to 1 (for F) or 0 (for C) have failed.

Looking to see what next steps to take....

So there....

Auber repaired my PID for $20 USD. The chip malfunctioned.......installed the repaired item and machine is back to normal
