Trying to turn on the machine. On and off works. the pour switch works. The center light, I believe its for heating and pressure. Does not light up and the boiler is not heating.
I shipped this machine to family three weeks ago. Before I shipped all was working well. Today thru skype I was teaching them how to use it and was not able continue due to not heating up nor did it have steam pressure.
Any ideas? Help needed.

Does the machine have a fuse that turns off if the element overheats, such as with an empty boiler? There is a red button on those fuses that resets them.
