I have an 8 year old Livia 90, which I suspect has a boiler leak (or leaks) and wondered if anyone could confirm diagnosis and what I'll need to do to fix it. For a while now the machine has been leaking a lot of water, and on opening the case I found brown, powdery residue stuck to what looks like a tiny valve at the base of the boiler, and a wet patch underneath it.

I scraped away most of the residue and this looks like the source of the leak -

Got a nasty feeling this means i need a new boiler?
