Now how about the steam wand --- how does that froth milk? Ah, never mind. I'll just Venturi a guess. :shock:

I'm assuming, as you've not posted on this thread since last month, that you got the problem solved - I had the identical problem with my Bezzera BZ99 (which is the guts of a Livia in a different case), and replacing the pressurestat solved the problem handily.
