The espresso machine is not reaching the set pressure even though I've adjusted the OPV to 9-12 bar. While making espresso, it only reaches up to 5 bar. I've tried with different types of beans and ground them very finely. Since the pressure is not reaching the correct level,...
I have a Rocket Appartamento with a Niche Zero setup. Ive been having issues with pulling shots lately. Rocket has been very inconsistent with the shots. I get drastically different results with the same grind size and same beans between two shots.
