Need some help diagnosing a problem with my Oscar. When brewing or with a blind basket the machine begins to make a sort of clicking or pulsing sound. In the video you can hear it, and see the water pulsing from the expansion valve on the left. The three way valve spurts at the end.

Here is the video:
It has been 6 months since my last descaling, which was when I purchased it used. I replaced the neplax or expansion valve about 4 months ago after it was not keeping pressure. So while it does seem similar to the problem in this post Nuova Simonelli Oscar brew sound because I just replaced the neplax valve.

Any suggestions of where to start would be appreciated!

Daran, missing my espresso already!

I did a descaling of the machine including removing the expansion valve. It seemed to resolve the issue. Unfortunately after re-installing the valve it leaks a lot! I'm afraid I may have stripped either the valve or the grouphead. I did use pipe sealant, but thinking about use some teflon tape. If that doesn't work may order a new valve and carefully re-install.
