Nuova Simonelli Oscar pressurestat setting

Since I've been working on my Oscar, found the leak, fixed it and adjusted things, I've become curious about something I read on adjusting the thermostat.
I've located the yellow tab and seen the markings for + and - settings.
My questions is about whether adjustment to the pressurestat will make a difference in the quality of steam or espresso I'm getting now. Until now, I've been very satisfied. When the water level indicator was too high, the steam was very wet. I've fixed that and am now getting great steam.
My milk is smooth, silky and finely textured. I continuously adjust my grind, dosage and tamping to get a great shot. Is there any point in tinkering with the pressurestat?
Also, I live in Colorado at elevation where water boils closer to 203° so that may be a factor.
Thanks for any feedback as I love learning!

Also, see this: /downloads/ ... essure.jpg . Your effective boiler pressure may be "just right" due to the altitude.
